“जनता से सीधे संवाद में मुख्यमंत्री धामी, समस्याओं के समाधान को दिए त्वरित निर्देश”
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को जनता मिलन कार्यक्रम में लोगों की शिकायतें सुनीं और अधिकारियों को त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार जन समस्याओं का समयबद्ध समाधान चाहती है और शिकायत निवारण प्रक्रिया को सरल बनाना चाहती है। धामी ने राज्य के विकास में जनता से सुझाव और सहयोग मांगा है। सरकार का लक्ष्य जनता का हित और प्रदेश का विकास है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को मुख्यमंत्री कैंप कार्यालय स्थित मुख्य सेवक सदन में आयोजित जनता मिलन कार्यक्रम में प्रदेशभर से आए लोगों की समस्याएं और शिकायतें सुनीं।
सीएम ने कहा, नियमित रूप से लें फीडबैक
इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि जनता से प्राप्त शिकायतों एवं मांगों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के साथ ही नियमित फीडबैक भी लिया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि इस अवसर को हमें प्रशासन को जनता के और करीब ले जाने के रूप में इस्तेमाल करना होगा।
प्रत्येक विभाग को करना है जिम्मेदारीपूर्वक कार्य
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार का लक्ष्य जन समस्याओं का समयबद्ध और संतोषजनक निस्तारण करना है। इसके लिए प्रत्येक विभाग को जिम्मेदारीपूर्वक कार्य करते हुए जन अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप सक्रिय और संवेदनशील व्यवहार अपनाना होगा।
जनता से जनसेवा के प्रयासों में सहभागी बनने का आह्वान
उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि जन समस्याओं का त्वरित निस्तारण किया जाए और शिकायत निवारण की प्रक्रिया को और अधिक सरल, पारदर्शी व तकनीकी माध्यमों से सुलभ बनाया जाए।
कहा, सुझावों को नीति निर्माण का हिस्सा बनाया जाएगा
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि राज्य की रजत जयंती वर्ष जनभागीदारी और संवाद का अवसर है। इस दौरान जनता से प्राप्त सुझावों और मांगों को नीति निर्माण प्रक्रिया का हिस्सा बनाया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार का प्रयास है कि राज्य के हर नागरिक को विकास योजनाओं का सीधा लाभ जनता को जल्दी मिले।
जनता से जनसेवा के प्रयासों में सहभागी बनने का किया आह्वान
उन्होंने जनता से भी राज्यहित में रचनात्मक सुझाव देने और जनसेवा के प्रयासों में सहभागी बनने का आह्वान किया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार की प्रत्येक नीति और निर्णय का मूल उद्देश्य जनता का हित और प्रदेश का समग्र विकास है।
